Happy Autumn to you and yours!!

May this newsletter find you well and ready for the transition in weather and outlook.

Dear Divine Soul,

Happy Autumn to you and yours!! May this newsletter find you well and ready for the transition in weather and outlook.

I am deeply immersed in graduate studies, getting closer to finishing classes, and starting to write my thesis. I scaled back my in-person teaching by more than half to make room for the multitude of research, writing assignments, and tests.

In October, we celebrate one year of Omkara online community and classes. I am very proud of what we have done together and how we came together, supported each other, and healed through yoga during tumultuous and quiet times in the past year. I will use this natural transition to take a break from offering live classes on Omkara.

The site https://www.union.fit/orgs/octavia-nasr/videos remains available to you for replays with occasional live streams. Current class packages will continue to work in the same way. Founding and Monthly Memberships will not renew at the end of their term. Members will have full access to unlimited library replays until the end of your term. After that, choose any of the more than 100 pre-recorded classes to practice at your convenience.
